This Privacy Policy explains how SKIP Hangover (“SKIP”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit www.skiphangover.com (the “Site”) or buy from us. 1. Information we collect

Order information – name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, the products you order and your payment details. Card details are processed by our payment provider (Shopify Payments and its partners) and are never stored by us.
Account and contact information – information you give us when you contact us, leave a review or subscribe to our emails.
Device and usage information – IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site and interactions with the Site, collected automatically through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

2. How we use it

to process and ship your order, send order confirmations and tracking, and answer your questions;
to detect and prevent fraud and to comply with legal obligations (tax, customs, consumer law);
to improve the Site and our products;
with your consent or where permitted, to send you marketing emails and to show you relevant ads. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
