Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states. We currently cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.

Cost

Standard shipping within the United States costs about $8 per order. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders ship from the European Union with a tracked service; typical delivery time to the US is 7–14 business days. During promotions and holidays delivery may take longer. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, email us at info@skiphangover.com with your order number and we will trace it.

Customs, duties and taxes

Depending on current US customs rules, import duties, taxes or a carrier handling fee may be charged on international parcels. Unless checkout shows these as prepaid, they are the buyer's responsibility. Prices on the Site do not include them.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Address errors, lost or damaged parcels

Please check your address carefully: we cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address are refunded minus the shipping cost. If a parcel arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, email us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos for damage) and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
