These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.skiphangover.com (the “Site”) and every purchase you make from SKIP Hangover, operated by MB Praamus (company code 307134948), A. Smetonos g. 3-3, LT-01115 Vilnius, Lithuania (“SKIP”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from the Site. Orders may only be shipped to addresses in the United States (and other countries we list at checkout).

2. Our products – important health information

SKIP is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. The statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

  • SKIP does not reduce blood alcohol levels, sober you up or make it safe to drive or operate machinery after drinking. Never drink and drive.
  • SKIP does not encourage alcohol consumption. Please drink responsibly.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (1 bottle per day). A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking medication or have a medical condition. Stop use and contact a doctor if you experience any adverse reaction.
  • Keep out of reach of children. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example because of a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud or shipping restrictions); if we do, we refund any payment in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices for the United States are shown in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, import duties and carrier fees unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order through the methods offered at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors even after an order is placed; you may then cancel for a full refund.

5. Shipping, duties and risk

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Unless stated otherwise, orders ship from the European Union; import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees charged by US customs or the carrier are the buyer's responsibility unless the checkout shows they are prepaid. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.

6. Returns and refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy. For safety and hygiene reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotional prices cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Reviews and content you submit

By submitting a review, photo or message you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it in connection with our products, and you confirm it is your own honest opinion. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, the SKIP name and logo, product design, texts and images are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without written permission.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is”; we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer under the laws of your state.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the state in which you live. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at info@skiphangover.com – we resolve almost everything directly.
